I was acquitted of these child annoyance charges on February 7, 2012 by a unanimous jury verdict at Ventura Superior Court on February 7, 2012 in under an hour! Charges were pressed against me by the parents of CONNOR GANTT, KEATS STANLEY, JOSPEH MATHEWS (JP MATHEWS), CHRIS ANDERSON AND AUSTIN PERRY. CONNOR GANTT, KEATS STANLEY, AUSTIN PERRY, AND JOSPEH MATHEWS all spat on me and yelled profanities at me for cash. CHRIS ANDERSON yelled profanities at me for cash. ALL OF THE above guys are over 18 years old and all graduated from WESTLAKE VILLAGE HIGH SCHOOL in WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA in 2011. ALSO, JOSEPH MATHEWS smacked me hard in the face and put his shoe in my mouth. I asked for this mistreatment because I was a survivor of severe childhood abuse. ALL of the guys are over 18 years old and all of them laughed,were very excited and really enjoyed abusing me and mistreating me. They brought their friends and they also did the same thing. GREG KARAKASHIAN, NICK WEAVER, and ZACK WEAVER spat on me and yelled profanities at me for cash. These three guys graduated from WESTLAKE VILLAGE HIGH SCHOOL in 2010 (WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA). WHAZIYA DUPRIS, ANDREW CAMMUCCIO and PATRICK SANDS all said they would spit on me and yell profanities at me for cash, but we never actually met up. BRIAN BROUSSEAU spat on me, yelled profanities at me,smacked me and put his shoe in my mouth, per my request. TUCKER HIGGINS said that he would yell profanities at me for cash, but we never met up. AGAIN, all of these guys laughed, were very excited and mistreated me as they were having a great time and thought abusing me was fun for them! Again I won my trial and the case was closed. However, as an attorney I can tell you that this incident does not meet the requirements for a child annoyance conviction. As such, I believe that a fine, some probation and counseling are in order for this young man. The law is the law. The motive here, if there even was any,can not be considered sexual as there is no evidence for that in the details that the media have documented. This is frankly a waste of tax payer dollars, in Ventura County people are just struggling to survive and feed their families. The cops have real criminals to catch and they wasted their time on this guy. Anyway, such is the criminal justice system in California.:( This is a strange story.
