If both were teenagers and the age of consent is eighteen, then technically, according to the letter of the law both of them should be considered minors and the case should be thrown out. Supervert, I was just discussing the `Romeo and Juliet` laws yesterday on another forum. Here in Michigan it was just passed in Noverber 08.
