Arse Elektronika: Do Androids Sleep With Electric Sheep?
Johannes Grenzfurthner at monochrom wrote to inform PervScan readers about the upcoming Arse Elektronika conference in San Francisco. Like Ars Electronica, its venerable peer, Arse Elektronika is a festival of technology and art. Unlike Ars Electronica, it features science fiction — and lots of sex.
This year’s Arse Elektronika includes a conference offering “critical perspectives on sexuality and pornography in science and social fiction.” There will be “a curated erotic reading evening, featuring writers who commonly explore sexual themes in their science fiction and alt-reality fiction work.” There will be an award presented “for sex machines, orgasmotrons and teledildonics.” And finally there will be an anthology titled pr0nnovation?. The tome is being put out jointly by monochrom and what is undoubtedly one of the most important alternative publishers of the last few decades, Re/Search.
The festival will be taking place September 25-28, 2008, in San Francisco. Unfortunately Supervert will not be able to attend, but perhaps you can? For more information, see the Arse Elektronikca web site.
I just saying “Dildonics” Dildonics Dildonics Dildonics.
There is a screensaver called Electric Sheep.
i like the idea of sex dolls, i think the guys that brought us the life like “real doll’ are thinking of developing one that can move a bit and maybe give a reasonable blow job, just think about it when i’m not feeling like sex ( which is rare ) instead of my boyfriend going out and getting some elsewhere he can just dust off the moving “real doll” and i get the best of both worlds, i get to watch and know shes no competition for me, and he can have a little something on the side as well.
it’s win, win.
On Real Dolls, for those of you who didn’t see it the first time around:
I could fuck hot sex robots all day, but not Real Dolls. Women, even artificial ones, have to be self-articulated and be able to pass a Turing test, otherwise you’re fucking a corpse, and that simply doesn’t interest me. But, assuming it was animate, could I fuck this?:

Oh hell yeah. I’d take a shot at this, too:
Jeremy received the Necrophilia book. Many thanks.
Sure thing.
