Saudi Marriage Official Says 1-Year-Old Brides OK

From a certain perspective, Dr. Ahmad al-Mu’bi’s position on infant marriage is perfectly reasonable. If you’re going to treat women like chattel — or like cattle — does it really matter much whether you marry them off at one or ten or twenty? In a weird way, maybe it’s even better to be sold into marriage when you’re still an infant. At least you’ll never be under any illusion about your fate. At ten or twenty you have your own expectations for life, love, and happiness. But if you’ve never been given the chance to develop them, at least you’ll be spared the pain of losing them.
Curiously, Fox News chose to emphasize the infant marriage part of Dr. Ahmad al-Mu’bi’s interview. But if you actually watch the video, you’ll see that he does attempt to answer the question he poses — “what is the appropriate age for sex for the first time?” The important thing, he states, is to follow the prophet Muhammed. “He took Aisha to be his wife when she was six but he had sex with her only when she was nine…. We consider the prophet Muhammed to be our model.” Yes, that’s right. Dr. Ahmad al-Mu’bi says that you can marry a girl at age 1 and fuck her at age 9. Maybe you can get to second and third base during the in-between years.

Judging from my own experiences. I’d say around 15 you already know whats up. I had sex at that age with older girls and even ladies, and I think I turned out ok. I mean, I have a job, pay taxes and have no criminal record. I suppose that”d be considered normal in our society. Still though, at 15 its way to early and counterproductive to get married. Much more so at 11 years old. Crazy shit there.
