For me, the longer I go, the better the orgasm. After about 3 hours foreplay and episodes of penetration interspersed with periods of oral sex, or even just kissing, the orgasm feels like it might blast its way through a brick wall. Unfortunately, as I discovered the hard way, not everyone gets into marathon sessions. My last wife wanted at least 30 minutes of foreplay, but raised hell if sex went on more than a couple of minutes. Everybody is different. All night sex, using lots of lube and mixing it with other things, is an incredible experience but it's not for everybody. The secret is matching your partner I think and all this talk about optimal duration is really about secondary considerations.
