What Do Uzbek Women Think About Sex?

If she took the same path but ended up alone she still has to get married and she needs to be ‘innocent’. In that case there is a place called TashMI 2 (Tashkent Medical Institute - Kamron) where they got used to make ’sewing’ as well as abortions. That means non-virgin lady is brought back to a previous stage. There is certainly more problematic option, when the path ends with two lines on pregnancy test. Then she either has abortion secretly, followed by getting married being not virgin, or she keeps a child and forces him to marry blackmailing him. Another option is to remain alone with a baby and without any chances to get married. Most probably she has a little idea about contraception. As for our men — they just don’t like it and say the same excuse like everywhere. Taking into account that man’s word is a rule for orient woman, you can hardly find anyone arguing with that. As a result women get a whole bunch of illnesses. As in other parts of the world our local men bring lots of muck to their women. My cousin having done the same justified himself saying that when he was in business trip he had stale bed-sheets in a hotel, may be that is why his wife got syphilis. He told me that in her presence, my jaws were about falling on the table, while his wife took that bull shit on trust… Finally, as a result of that kind of ‘no sex before marriage’, in Tashkent men can survive picking up a prostitute or finding European girl with a normal thinking or persuading open-minded Uzbek girl or … but in province where there are no Europeans and very few prostitutes one can find flourishing pederasty and zoophilia — sheep and donkeys are always available.” — New Eurasia (Uzbekistan)

It is always interesting to get into the mind of a person who lives in an exotic or remote locale. (PervScan readers tend to be American, Canadian, or British, so presumably Uzbeks are exotic to most of you.) On one hand, these people are unexpected counterparts to perverts, since the deviant is also a sort of exotic stranger dwelling in a land far from normality. On the other hand, these people show you other types of normality, ones possibly different from your own. And does the thought of a plurality of normalities not threaten the very concept of the normal somehow? And if it threatens the normal, it also threatens the perverse, since the one implies the other.
Some of the things that Uzbek women think about sex are the same things women everywhere think about: desire, pregnancy, disease (syphilis from a stale bed sheet?). However, there are some telling differences. Here in America young couples are not obliged to show a bloody sheet to their wedding guests, so that cut-the-finger trick isn’t necessary. However, women here sometimes do engage in revirgination surgery, though you get the sense that it is more a fashion choice than a religious obligation. Finally, it is difficult to tell whether the writer meant that last line about bestiality seriously or sarcastically. Either way, it leaves you wondering: what do Uzbek sheep and donkeys think about sex?
In some ways, it seems Uzbek girls have the same thing on their mind as American girls: Do I? Don’t I? And what will be the consequences of my choice?
Even the bestiality comment (in seriousness or jest) is something we can relate to…some with a smile, some with shock…and even with shame.
But still…there is an exotic quality to it all…the thinking might be the same, but the way her mind goes about it is, well, peregrine.
