That reminds me of a joke I saw in "Three's Company", when Janet had a hard time reading this card in front of her, that she thought said "The Rapist". Anyway, back to the article, I am sure the psychiatrist doesn't care only about his ego, but also the money. He probably also cares about getting some free sex out of his victim.
