Man Rapes Man

“A man who subjected another man to a ‘prolonged and terrifying’ sexual assault in Wellington early yesterday is still on the loose. Detective Sergeant Zane Smith of Wellington CIB said the offender approached a 21-year-old man in the Riddiford St shopping area in the Wellington suburb of Newtown early on New Year’s Day. The victim said he was threatened with a weapon and forced into a secluded car parking area where the prolonged and terrifying sexual assault took place. Mr Smith said today the attacker had not yet been found… He is described as a solidly-built Maori in his mid 20s to early 30s. He is about 1.8 metres tall with a tattoo on his chin. He was wearing a green ‘50 Cent’ rapper hooded sweatshirt, faded black baggy jeans and red and white sneakers.” — New Zealand Herald (New Zealand)

It is not often that you read about a man raping another adult man. In the three and a half years that PervScan has been furnishing you with a diet of depravity, there have been few such stories to appear in the news. Partly this is because men are much less likely than women to report a rape to authorities. Additionally male rape is more common in male-dominated environments — prisons, the military, organized sports — than in society at large. Nevertheless current research suggests that about ten percent of rape victims are men, and the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network asserts that one in thirty-three men have been sexually abused at some point in their life. Just ask any altar boy.

If you think about it, it’s amazing that male rape does not happen more often than it does. At first glance you would assume that this reflects the fact that only about three to six percent of adult males (according to current estimates) are homosexual, and therefore some violent fraction of this group would account for the percentage of male rape victims. But do you need to be homosexual to rape another man? Probably not. One of the truisms about rape is that it’s often motivated less by lust than by rage, and thus you can imagine why sexual orientation might not correlate with gender of victim. If a self-identified homosexual man can rape a woman, certainly a heterosexual man can rape another man.

So why doesn’t it happen more often? Is it because men are generally able to defend themselves better against another man? That line of thinking doesn’t hold when the attacker has a weapon. Is it because there is some genetic resistance to the act? After all, male rape fails evolution’s mandate to reproduce, and thus it would stand to reason that males have no biological impetus to rape other males. But sexual assault often takes forms that could have no reproductive consequences. “Survival of the fittest” hardly seems to pertain. So why doesn’t it happen more often?

supervert i think it happens to men more often than most people think but because of the social stigma and personal shame of the male victim they don’t report it,choosing to hide it rather than let it be knowen that in some way they where unable to defend themselves and to avoid jugdement also i think males are not educated in how to deal with the stronge feelings of powerlessness that comes with such an awful violation. and to conclude rape is not in most cases about sex or reproduction it’s about power and that power over the victim, even straight men can rape straight men so in an evolutionary scense it is a tool to bring down and grossley abuse another human being for the purposes of war and rape has and is still used as a tool of bringing down and shaming others.

A few days ago, my sisters were having a sleepover. They were sleeping in the same bed, which was really cute. But I realised, if it would have been my brother and me, it would have been incestuous and wrong. The stigma isn’t on the raping of men per se, but homophilia in general. When we want to rape another woman when we’re angry, we go get some pussy, but when we feel the urge to rape another man when we’re angry, we turn away disgusted and wondering if we’ve turned gay. (While actually, in nature, animals often rape others to show dominance. For instance, it’s quit common for the alpha male to rape other dogs if the dog was acting rebellious.) Whether this is good or bad, I don’t know. I’m just glad I belong to the half of the population which is less likely to be raped.

This type of thing also happens in prisons. Did any of you guys ever watch “Oz”? If a man raped me, and I am a man, and he wasn’t armed, I would propably kick him in the nuts, or punch or kick him hard in the stomach. I remember in “Oz”, the underdog, Beecher, that is the rapee, knocked out his agressor Schillingr with a barbell, and crapped in his face. That was awesome! Rapists raping men or women should be fought anyway possible!

Hey Anonimous, what you saw was hollywood hype…in the real world if you go to prison, you could easily become somebody’s bitch…unless you have some type of protection (gang affilitation etc.) or you’re the baddest dog on the tier, you can expect to get paid a visit from some big bruiser who likes you!
Bottom line: Don’t break the law and keep you (virgin) ass out of prison.

AND ON IT GOES…..
A man has been found guilty in federal court today (January 19, 2007) of conspiring with another man to drug, torture and rape a young man they picked up at a Tampa Fl. nightclub.

He was found guilty of distributing the drug GHB to the victim for the purpose of to commiting crimes of violence. He was acquitted on a drug distribution charge that involved a second man.

Prosecutors say both men drugged, tortured and raped men they lured home from bars in December 2003. both victims died.

This predator was convicted of the same federal charges in November 2005 and sentenced to 200 years in prison. State prosecutors say they are preparing murder charges against the two.

Just to say that I am an ex-prisoner and was gang raped on my first day in population. I found a dude who would protect me and I became his bitch. Three years later, my old man was paroled and he sold me to another prisoner. When I told a guard what was done to me hew said I got what I deserved. “If you can’t do the time then don’t do the crime.” The same attitude exists out here. This nightmare fillows me always.
