Serial Foot Groper Attacking Center City Women
“Police tell NBC 10 that the subject of a manhunt in Philadelphia has groped victims’ feet as part of his routine when he sexually attacks women… One victim told NBC 10 about her encounter with the man. “When I walked to the door to put the key in a man put a gun to my side said if you make a noise ill blow your head off,” she said. She did everything by the book. She tried not to be alone, she had her cell out and keys were ready. But she became an armed attackers fifth victim anyway. “He made me take off my boots, he sucked my feet, made me kiss him and groped me. He let me go and said if I told anyone he would put a bullet in my head.” The gunman’s fifth victim has been speaking about her attack and she wants other women to be on alert and know even if you do everything to try and protect your self, he can still strike. Police say the man has struck five times never in the same place, but his MO is the same. He finds a woman, early in the am or at night, a woman who is alone and he robs her and gropes her. The victim’s description of her attacker fits the description given by four other women robbed and assaulted last week — including two on Thanksgiving morning. If you happen to watch the video over at PervScan.tv, it is difficult not to be struck by a certain irony. The story concerns a foot fetishist, a guy who fixates on a certain body part. When you watch the video, you notice the camera doing the same thing. While the reporter talks, the videographer shoots women’s feet. When the victim speaks, the camera focuses for a long while on her fidgeting hands. You almost wonder if the videographer is the fetishist.
After all, it’s a common enough story. Plenty of amateur podiatrists prowl city streets looking for unwilling patients to practice on. Usually these guys come off as fairly pathetic — milksops who throw themselves at some lady’s sandaled feet, licking her toes before scampering off in fear of the police. In contrast, this Philly foot fetishist sounds like he could be a dangerous character. When you threaten somebody’s life with a gun in order to grope her feet, you obviously mean business.
Actually, this could be an interesting way to take the temperature of any desire. What would you be willing to risk a stranger’s life for? Would you point a loaded gun at somebody for a thousand dollars? For a diamond necklace? For a taste of her feet?
This is one of those areas that is a complete mystery to me. What is it about women’s feet that brings out the “animal” in some men?
What is it about that this toe sucker? He is desperate enough to have a go at some young girls feet that he would resort to using a gun!
How many more like him are out there walking the streets?
Maybe he works in a shoe store, or he’s a podiatrist …Hmmmm.

That guy sounds like a foot rapist. Intothewind, men like a tender part of a woman, like the foot. It is round, and feminine, and quite sensitive, as it has a lot of nerve endings, and that turns some men on. I believe most foot fetishists fetishize women’s feet and not mens feet. Of course, what that guy did was far from excusable. Chinese women had their feet bound, because it was believed that it was attractive to have the feet small like this. Small feet may be attractive, but these feet are deformed! Not to mention, the women have a lot of pain and disability. Foot binding does not sound like something I would recommend to others.
i like the fact you highlighted of the camera ogling the women’s feet - trying to discover it there is actually something special about them - or if the feet perhaps were actually to blame. ‘well, it’s no wonder’ you can hear the viewers thinking ‘did you see the way those feet were dressed?’
This article has just left me speechless. These people are just sick.
I also have to ask…What happens in prison when this guy eventually gets caught and prosecuted? I am under the impression that the standard protocol for most rapists is to kick the living crap out of them and violate them… but what about a foot rapist? (as the last comment oh so cleverly coined him.) Will they break his toes and or stomp on his feet…a lot?
Bottom line is, this guy took someting a little bit on the silly side and took it way too far.
