To that I say "so fucking what." That still doesn't qualify him as a canidate for the sex offender list unless it's a list of sheep sex offenders. At his trial Assistant Prosecutor Tamara Towns argued that while the crime was not against a person, Haynes should be ordered to register as a sex offender because it's possible that once out of prison he would prey on children or vulnerable adults. Does she propose to place someone on a sex offender list because of what they might possibly do, even though they have never sexually offended any person. This is a very misguided use of a system that was designed to identify REAL PREDATORS, not some slob who fucked a sheep one night out in a tin roofed barn.
