Penis Size Used As Defence in Trial

“A Superior Court judge must decide whether to believe a 21-year-old accused who says he could not have committed a sexual assault because his penis is too big. Mischa Beutling, a second-year engineering student at McMaster University in Hamilton, has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault on a friend who spent the night with him after partying at a Barrie bar during study week in February 2004. Earlier in the trial, which has been in and out of court for months, a urologist testified that Beutling’s penis is in the top 5% range for size in comparison to the doctor’s other patients. The urologist showed the court a plastic model of a penis approximating the accused’s member at a semi-relaxed state, which measured 8 1/2 inches in length and 6 1/2 inches in girth. He said a woman who has not given birth might have discomfort or tearing if she had intercourse with a penis that size, especially if she was not sexually aroused. But Crown attorney Bhavna Bhangu scoffed at the account, noting that Beutling’s reference to his size as a ‘two-by-four’ is an exaggeration compared to the size of the plastic model. ‘It’s hardly a two-by-four,’ she said. She also noted that he has never actually measured himself.” —Toronto Sun (Canada)

This is sort of a ridiculous defense. Size is a relative quantity. The “enormousness” of this guy’s penis was determined in relation to one doctor’s other patients. Evidently that’s a small sample size for claiming it to be a big penis. Furthermore, the victim herself didn’t seem to think it was such a monster cock. Besides which, the size of the accused’s member would be meaningless without also measuring the inner girth of the victim’s vagina. Maybe she’s got a monster twat?

At any rate, you can say one thing for certain about this case. If this guy manages to defend himself merely by pointing to his penis size, then it’s sure going to boost business for all those idiot spammers sending out “Enhance your penis” emails. Usually a long while elapses between an accusation and a trial. What rapist won’t use that time swallowing penis enlargement pills and stuffing himself into “the pump?” And if those don’t work, maybe he’d even have time to slip across the border and get some phalloplasty? Then again, given the choice between jail time and genital surgery, you may well opt for the former.

This is, byfar the worst defence I’ve ever heard. He thinks he’s too well endowed to do that? Haha, nice line buddy, I don’t bloody well think so.

Enjoy your jail time, and the girth that comes with it.

Well, I just think that you should not be drunk enough to allow someone to take control of yourself. If you are that stupid, then you need to control your drinking.

The simple answer is this: be careful about what you’re going to do.

Therefore, since the girl wasn’t careful, the she shouldn’t be doubtful as to what happened. Alcohol can have serious effects (depending on how much is taknen in.) That is why I say that if she couldn’t handle the size then don’t complain.

Haha the judge is just pissed off that her husband’s got such a small weeny :P I think the story’s believable…who knows the cercumstances of the defendant??? Both sides of the story are valid, and DO happen, don’t make snap-shot judgments.
