Man Forced to Have Sex at Gunpoint
“The hunt is on for three women who ambushed a 30-year-old man and forced him to have sex with them at gunpoint. According to police spokeswoman Paula Nothnagel, a case of indecent assault had been opened and identity kits would be released soon. The man cannot be named because of the nature of the offence. Nothnagel said that on Saturday night the man was walking through Roodepoort when the women pulled up next to him in their maroon BMW. They asked him for directions to the Savoy Hotel and he got into the car to show them the way. At the hotel the women persuaded him to join them for a drink, before asking him for directions to yet another hotel. While on the road to the Station Hotel the women suddenly changed direction and drove to a dark and empty field near the Durban Deep mine. ‘One woman produced a firearm and held the man at gunpoint,’ Nothnagel said. ‘The women got undressed and all three took turns to have intercourse with him.’ The man was then ordered back into the car and dropped off along Main Reef Road. You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to realize that there’s more to this story than the man claims. If the women were attractive enough — they were all under 30 — for the man to join them for drinks, then they certainly wouldn’t have needed a gun to convince him to have sex. A lawyer quoted in another story points out the obvious, which is that the victim had to be “a willing party,” given that it’s rather difficult to force a man to have sex with a woman. True, the news reports don’t specify that the man had an erection. It’s possible the women held a gun to his head and sat on his face. Maybe they raped his tongue.
Maybe — but probably not. The more likely explanation is that, when the guy got home, his wife found lipstick marks on his collar, or she smelled pussy on his underwear, or found some other telltale sign of unfaithful behavior. Confronted with the evidence, the man made up this cock-and-bull story about three women raping him. “I didn’t want to fuck these three hotties, honeybun. Honest, they forced me. They put a gun to my head!” Right. In all probability, the only gun against this guy’s head was aimed by his own wife.
This is a really distasteful conclusion to draw from the story. a) Just because he goes for drinks with some girls, it doesn’t mean he wants to fuck them. It doesn’t mean “they certainly wouldn’t have needed a gun to convince him to have sex” — it doesn’t mean anything other than that they convinced him to have a drink. b) Whether he has an erection or not is totally immaterial to the question of whether he was raped. Whether you are raped is not determined by whether you were aroused, or even whether you enjoyed it, but whether you gave consent. It’s not the cock that is asked yes or no, it’s the person.
Basically, your argument is “He was asking for it” — just like they used to say about women who wore provocative clothes in public, or went on unescorted dates.
As any male older than 12 can tell you, guys do not have control over their bodies. It’s extremely easy to make a man hard against his will.
Saying that if he was hard then he must have wanted it is like saying that if a woman cums when she was raped then it wasn’t really rape.
I’d draw a line between
- physically forcing sex upon someone (or with fear or pain), and
- putting someone in such a position where their judgment is either impaired, or they are not free to decide.
Just wish some women would force sex with me too!!!!
This man deinitely had a unique dilema.
