I heard by Oct in another site. I am a pso who finds herself in a rut of same old same old. Not all calls are good (under an 8) but others are great (30 to 45 mins.) The bad calls bring my average down. I still average ok at the end of a shift, but I'm wanting to do better. I would sure like to have her formula for keeping more guys on the phone for 30 mins instead of 10 or 15 mins. I heard shes the best of the best and I am eager to learn her secrets!
