Darklady, whom you may remember from the recent Masturbate-a-thon, will be competing for the Ms World Leather title this coming year. This is a different sort of “alternative” event because it also seeks to promote charitable causes. Accordingly, Darklady is soliciting donations for an online auction:

As well as dressing and behaving in a way that promotes an appropriate “leather” image, and for creating a poster and presentation to illustrate and support my platform, I am also responsible for putting together an online auction basket. Half of the proceeds from the basket sales will go towards the Family Hope Foundation, Inc. (host of the Ms. World Leather contest) and half will go toward the chosen charity of the Ms. World Leather 2005 winner.

If you have a product or service that you would be willing to contribute to my auction basket, I would be delighted to add it to the collection. This could be website or event memberships, leather goods, novelties, garments, jewelry, publications, works of art or photography, gift certificates, meals, lodgings. anything that shows the rich diversity of the sexual spectrum and helps others celebrate and enjoy their lives, loves, and liberties more fully. Auction basket item lists and accompanying images may be live online starting July 1, 2005 and the auction will close on August 12, 2005.
