You’re asking why humans don’t do it? I think a huge reason is that religious fanatics have been trying to get us to believe that we are, without a shadow of doubt, better than animals. We, as a species have been brainwashed into believing that sexuality is wrong, and we should be ashamed of that aspect of life. There is nothing immoral about sexuality.
