It could qualify under necrophilia becouse the woman was so far gone she didn't know what was happening to her. She was only three days away from dying and was already so far gone that when the guy entered her, she didn't scream out or even resisted. She just lay there limpless, not knowing what was going on. One of the things that people find apealing in necrophilia is that your partner is lying limpless, unable to move and unable to tell you he or she is liking it.
