While at first it might sound like easy money, it’s probably hard work squirting out that much breast milk. In addition to feeding her baby, Ms. Lie was producing eleven liters a week for sale. (Americans: a liter is a fraction larger than a quart.) That means she was producing at least two liters a day — far more milk than most people drink, let alone secrete. Probably she has some pretty sore tits, and a lot of shirts ruined by lactic leakage. And no doubt she could make better money using her unique talent for porn films.
It would be interesting to have live breast-milk competitions. There are so many other types of competitions for people who push at the natural capacities of the human body — why not have some for champion lactaters too? There is certainly something athletic about secreting so much milk. You could set up the contest so that whoever makes the most milk in a certain time period is the MVP — Most Voluminous Producer.
