Bestiality and Incest on 10th Grade Syllabus

And here in America parents get angry about distributing condoms to teenagers! Over there in Canada radical schoolteachers are up to bestiality and incest already. Certainly it won’t be long before they move on to coprophilia and necrophilia, and after that pretty much anything goes.
Seriously, this is a pretty thorny question. On one hand, if you assert that 10th graders should never be exposed to bestiality and incest, then you’d have to prevent them from reading the Old Testament. On the other hand, it does seem a bit outré to discuss outlandish perversions with impressionable young minds. Presumably fifteen-year-olds ought to be satisfied with losing their virginity and exploring the more modest forms of sexual deviance… Why consider bestiality when blowjobs ought to suffice?
But then again, maybe the school commissioner is right. Maybe kids are exposed to so much trash anyway that you might as well bring it into a forum where you can talk about it rationally. Furthermore, some of these same teens may well be engaged — willfully or not — in these activities. Some may be victims or even perpetrators of incest. Some may well be diddling the family dog. So perhaps discussing it out in the open could be helpful.
In any event, hopefully they’re handing out condoms during these perverted colloquia, because whether you’re having sex with a family member or a family pet, safe sex is still the way to go.
When it says that children are reading about incest and sex with dogs and stallions, what exactly is it they are reading? Are they reading documents that glorify such perversities? Testaments on the joy of dog-screwing? Tips on how to get started in incest? Or are the documents they read purely neutral, just explaining that such things happen and are possible?

Excellent point, Adam. It would be interesting to know exactly what they were reading. After all, you could accuse any schoolchild who reads the Bible of exposing himself to incest (lots of it in the Old Testament) and the occasional mention of bestiality (mostly as a prohibition). Presumably they must have been reading something more ambivalent morally — perhaps some kind of “alternative lifestyle” view of deviant sexual practices?
What position does the old testament take on bestiality? I am not an expert on that subject.
The Old Testament explicitly forbids sexual relations between humans and animals — in several places, if memory serves. Unfortunately, though, memory does not serve well enough to give you chapter and verse. No doubt Google would turn up the exact citations, if you want them.
Parents get angry about distributing condoms? That’s bizzaire. Teaching school kids about beastality and incest? That’s a smart idea. These sexual practices exist on this world and there not going to dissapear anytime soon so where is the negative in letting them know about it? Knowledge is Power! If there not going to find out about it in a school then the next place they’ll most likely find out about it is in the ‘trash’ the media baby-feeds to the public.

I learned about screwing dogs in school. That was over 25 years ago, and I’m still doing it. Just now I’ve learned more about it. I don’t screw the dogs anymore, I have loving pasionate sex with them. When they want it, I’m willing. imagine that, a dog asking for sex. Yes it is true. Once a dog knows they can have sex with a human they will come and ask for it. I’ve been asked time and time again by my dogs. I never turn them down.
They say love is blind, sex is blind to a dog. It doesn’t care what it has sex with. Sex is sex to a dog. To me sex with dogs is heaven, heaven it is.
Personally, I don’t think it’s such a big deal. They’re not glorifying bestiality. What, a kid’s going to go try everything he learns about in class? I knew about bestiality since i was 10. I’ve even felt slightest urge to go fuck an animal. And the thing is, they’re not learning about it in a lewd manner. They’re learning about it in a professional way. The teacher’s not saying “so yeah, if you can’t get a girlfriend, a dog will never say no.”
It’s better to know about it earlier than to be horrified out of your mind later when you find out yourself.

I posted in a topic like this just before this one, relating to the sex tourism law and stuff. Like I said there, this is somewhat of a double-edged sword. It’s good that they’re learning about it in a controlled environment, but then again you have to think about whether it’s a good idea to tell some people that stuff like that exists, at that young an age.
What kind of teacher can endure talking of such a subject. I guess that best discuss this in school though I doubt anyone would try it whether or not they learned it in school. If they did than they need to seek serious mental help. And I’m not the kind to suggest mental help on any small issue.

I think it’s good the learn about it, not for the sake of learning about the subjects specifically. Knowing that you can discuss having weird fetishes, with people who will listen rather then just say “You are such a freeeaak!”, might help them from becoming really screwed up.
In all reality it is better to talk to teens about all forms of sex then allow them to learn of it from friends and media-which is usually inaccurate. But if Pres. Bush had it his way, people would be arrested for talking to anyone under 18 about sex period. But that is just my point-of-view.

Already children are being told that gay and lesbian behavior is ‘OK-NORMAL-JUST A CHOICE-JUST BORN THAT WAY,etc.). I am not anti gay-lesbian, far from it, but lets be honest and present facts instead of nonsense. Being born gay or lesbian is rare. Homosexuality is not normal, and should always be considered as sexual perversion because that is what it is.
In a similar way, bestiality is sexual perversion. I would’t trust the education system here in the U.S. to discuss such things with children and young adults.
How about our schools getting an interst in teaching technical and scientific matters for a change?
Let our schools be our moral guide? What a radical concept, yet here we are.
By the way, I believe that sex with animals can be a wonderfull thing. But I will never maintain that bestiality is ‘normal’ or is not a sexual deviation.
