But is that so awful? After all, the hymen really shouldn’t be such an object of mass fixation. I think this is a sad statement on sexuality. I think the teaching teenagers are getting on sexuality is faulty. We tell them not to have sex because they could get pregnant or an STD. However, they do not fully understand what sex is or at least should be all about. Yes, it is fun to be erotic, but at least for the majority of women, that initial eroticism will eventually fade without some sort of emotional connection, leaving them feeling used and betrayed.
