From Prison to Playground and Back Again
“A nude man arrested at Los Angeles High School allegedly told police he was a registered sex offender just released from prison. Darin Suthern, 34, was arrested at about 12:30 a.m. Monday near the tennis courts on the Olympic Boulevard campus and he was booked for investigation of trespassing and violating conditions of his parole. A resident had called police to report a nude man on campus. ‘He was carrying a (California Department of Corrections) box with all his possessions in it. It is well known that sex offenders have a high rate of recidivism, meaning that they too frequently fail to be reformed by their prison sentences. But for a sex offender to go straight from prison, carrying his belongings in a prison-issued box, to a high school? And naked to boot? It’s so absurd it’s hard to believe. It smacks of propaganda, as though some tough-on-crime group paid him off to set a counterexample. You can imagine their press release: “See what happens when we’re not tough on crime? No sooner are these creeps released than they head straight for our schools to finger our daughters…” And if that wasn’t the case, if this guy wasn’t just a stooge for some nutty group of right-wing radicals, obviously he wasn’t quite ready to be released from prison. The article never specifies what his first offense was, but perhaps he found some way to satiate his perversion in prison. Maybe he had a little cellmate boyfriend. Maybe he didn’t want to leave. Probably he and his boyfriend had a tearful goodbye, holding each other in their arms. “Don’t go for parole, Darin. Don’t leave me…”
Sex offendors (especially those who abuse minors) should never be released from prison. They should all be tortured and used as slave labor for the rest of their natural lives.
This nut case should not have been released, as you posit. He should, instead, have been submitted to the US Army as a human test subject for a vaccine program. Maybe you’re right, too, he might have missed his boyfriend. If it’s true that 1 in 37 (living) Americans have served time in prison, we are likely witnessing a trend in which more and more individuals become addicted to institutional culture, preferring it in many ways to what awaits them on the streets.
Hence, slave labor is the only viable solution. These individuals need to get as good as they can “give.” 3 hots and a cot is not tough enough.

Slave labour? Torture? Human vaccine test doll? These forms of punishment’s do not weigh up equally to the crime and in fact could be considered worse then the crime it self. How is one expected to learn when the punishment’s placed upon them dont speak of any relevance towards there crime? Tolerance and understanding toward’s all facets of human behaviour would benefit us wisely, rather then being controlled, degraded, draged down and sodomized by our ‘knee-jerk’ reaction’s. What will not become of acceptance will not conclude to change.
Sounds like the man was set up. Sounds very fishy. Did you notice in the article that he was not found naked..rather someone just reported they “aaw” him naked. Big difference. Who’s to say that he was not set up, to make a point. Fundamentalist are always looking for examples so they can say “see, they should have never been let out”
