Blackout!
PervScan did not update yesterday because it was caught up in the tremendous blackout that washed over New York City and environs. Thus far no one has deciphered the exact cause of the blackout, though PervScan has reason to suspect that a tightly knit cabal of light-sensitive perverts perpetrated this holocaust against illumination. Frustrated at the light pollution wreaked on the night sky by modern cities, a group of people suffering from nyctophilia — a fetish for the night — masterminded the dastardly blackout. These nyctophiles had built a hard-core army of recruits amongst sufferers of scotophilia, a fetish for darkness. In turn, these scotophiles engaged in a clandestine distribution of nyctophiliac propaganda in an effort to recruit others — mostly women — suffering from lygerastia, which is the inability to be aroused except in total darkness.
Together, these three groups staged an astonishing feat of luminescent terrorism, causing innocent millions to go without electricity, light, water, air conditioning. And for what? So that a few dark deviants could pass the black night in fetishistic orgies — nyctophiles ejaculating at the onset of dusk, scotophiles masturbating in the black beneath broken streetlights, and lygerasts sustaining multiple orgasms that, like rats, disappeared with the advent of day.
