While at first sight this may seem like a great idea — apparently it has been very popular to the man on the street, though not to the Catholic bureaucracy of Spain — you can’t help but suspect that it would devolve into the same mess that plagues most such well-intended programs. Basically it amounts to Sex Welfare, or maybe to Sex Food Stamps, and you can just imagine how it would work: horny teenagers stranded on long lines, filling out forms in triplicate to obtain vouchers that expire before they can get to the nearest hotel… Professional fat cats who learn to milk the system, giving up their homes to live in hotels underwritten by government payouts… Enraged tax-payers bitching about how their hard-earned money is humped away by promiscuous teenagers…
This is a great idea! This guy should run for president of the whole EU! It is a Brave New World, afterall! I hope he pushes this platform even harder, harder, harder. Hopefully, he’s hooked in with the sex toy industry. And if he makes the registration process electronic, he could avoid a lot of the b.s. hinted at in this summary. Ole!
