Note how subtle this guy’s fetish is. It is not the hair but the sound of the scissors that supposedly excited him. He’d have done better to sneak a tape recorder into a hair salon. He plea-bargained for eight (!) years when it became apparent they could convict him for fifteen.
One of my numerous fetishes involves certain types of (singing) voices, and the sound of foot steps on a carpet and rustling of clothes in an otherwise silent surrounding.
